Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information.

Project Delivery

• A project is considered delivered when agreed deliverables have been provided.
• Project completion does not automatically include future modifications.

• The Algorithm Club does not claim ownership of client businesses or brands.

Hosting & Infrastructure

• Hosting providers often charge fees in advance.
• Hosting upgrades may not qualify for full refunds.
• Migrations may require additional costs.
• Provider policies may affect refund eligibility.

Maintenance & Support

• Some plans include a limited maintenance period.
• After the included period expires, additional support may require renewal.
• Technical mistakes caused directly by The Algorithm Club will be corrected within reasonable limits.

Security Responsibilities

• Reasonable industry-standard security practices are followed.
• The Algorithm Club accepts responsibility for obvious implementation mistakes directly caused by its work.

Advertising & Growth Disclaimer

• Advertising campaigns do not guarantee business growth.
